Leeza Byers - Certified Professional Resume Writer

Leeza Byers, CPRW, GCDF is a Certified Global Career Development Facilitator and a Nationally Certified Professional Résumé Writer and Career Coach.  She is a member of the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches (PARW & CC).  She has 14 years of combined experience in  Career Development counseling at the State and local government level and Corporate HR training and development in the Banking industry. 

Leeza has designed and facilitated job readiness workshops; including, Effective Resume Writing, Successful Interviewing Techniques, Networking and Job Searching Strategies.  She also possesses extensive experience in conducting one-on-one and group career counseling sessions and is also versed in career transition coaching for the unemployed, mis-employed, and the underemployed.  Her experience is quite diverse across many occupations, as she has served Adults with various skill sets.

She has also worked for the States of Minnesota and Georgia as a Business Relations Liaison with employers on enhancing their recruiting efforts; while employing Behavioral Interviewing techniques resulting in the referral of qualified candidates.  She has also provided Human Resource consulting to Small Business owners while serving the government at the local level.  She has also served at a Supervisory level while working for the Governments’s Re-employment programs, assisting dislocated workers in becoming more marketable for the workforce.

Leeza has also served as Adjunct faculty to local colleges in Georgia in facilitating their Career Readiness modules for graduates prior to completion of their respective academic programs.  She often accepts opportunities to share knowledge on current labor market trends through various speaking engagements, as well as preparing individuals for success in today’s current job market regardless of the economic climate. 

Leeza's resumes have been published in industry publications and was recently nominated for one of the career industry's most prestigious awards, the Tori Award. Ellen Sautter and Diane Crompton

Ellen Sautter and Diane Crompton are the co-authors of two books on social media and careers.  Seven Days to Online Networking was published in 2008, and Find A Job Through Social Networking was released in 2010.  Diane and Ellen are Senior Consultants with Right Management, a global human resource consulting firm.  In addition, Diane has her own consulting business, helping individuals and companies effectively use social media strategies to build their brands.  Ellen and Diane, experienced career coaches, are frequent speakers at conferences and association meetings and give interviews to the media on social networking and more general job search topics.

Tom has over 21 years experience in the Human Resources and Recruitment profession -- including 9 years with Price Waterhouse and Accenture.

He served as President of SHRM-Atlanta in 2006 and 2007.

He currently serves on the Boards of the SHRM Foundation, the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, the Atlanta HR Prayer Breakfast, and the Inward Bound Center for Nonprofit Leadership.

David Gates - Business Technology Leader


David is a native of North Carolina and a graduate of Appalachian State University.  He has been in metro-Atlanta for 20 years and presently lives in Snellville.  David has two children. His daughter is a Senior at Brookwood High School and his son is an 8th Grader at Alton Crews Middle School.

Currently in transition, David is an IT-Project Manager primarily supporting the Employee Benefits industry.  David was previously employed with MetLife and Aon Consulting.

David believes in giving back to the Community.  He has coached several youth sports and served several Officer positions with both the Brookwood Baseball Association and Brookwood Football Association.  David serves on the Selection Committee for the Jack and Julie Allen Scholarship, which is awarded annually to a graduating metro-Atlanta high school Senior who will be attending Appalachian State University.  He is currently a Facilitator with the Job Search Ministry at Cannon United Methodist Church.

Dawn Suhail-Lewis is the principle owner of New Dawn Consulting. Dawn’s areas of expertise are employee selection and retention, leadership development and employee relations. Most recent, Dawn spent 11 years at the HoneyBaked Ham Company where she was the Human Resources Director. Dawn led the HR function for over 117 company stores, a cookie company, and a catalog division. Dawn worked for various specialty retailers including the Disney Stores, Macy’s California and Washington Mutual. A native born of California, 11 years ago, she and her family relocated to Historic Downtown Norcross where she resides.
