Archbishop Wilton D. Gregory invites you to join him for the 2006 Eucharistic Congress, the annual Archdiocese of Atlanta celebration of the Eucharist. As in previous years, this year's schedule of dynamic speakers will enrich your lives as they reflect and teach about different aspects of the Eucharist. The Eucharistic Congress brings Catholics from all over the Archdiocese of Atlanta and beyond. Cars, buses and caravans come from around the state and country to join the worship and teaching event. Last year, over 20,000 people attended the event at the Georgia International Convention Center.
“Revive!” for young adults begins at 7:30 on Friday night. Special speakers include Fr. Ricky Bailey, Mary Beth Bonacci, and Lisa Epperson. Once again there will be a powerful Healing Mass and Service on Friday evening during the Eucharistic Congress. The evening will include the well-known speaker in the area of healing and spirituality, Alan Ames. Mr. Ames is a visionary, an evangelist, a healer and a stigmatist from Australia. He will share the hope and blessing of his sacramental relationship of love with God. This event will begin at 7:00 with Praise & Worship, followed by Mass at 7:30
“Until He Comes Again”…come and be healed and restored by Our Lord who is truly present in the Eucharist. For more information on times and speakers, please go to www.archatl.com/congress.
