Qualifications:
1. Lives a Christian life rooted in faith, hope and love
2. Deeply appreciates the Eucharist and celebrates the sacrament regularly and reverently
3. An example of Christian discipleship in the Parish
4. If married: validly married in accordance with Catholic Church law
5. Age 18 or older and having received the Sacrament of Confirmation. Age 16-17 with the approval of Robert Rivers in the Parish Office

Theological Training

During Initial Certification Training, EOMHC should Read:

• General Instruction of the Roman Missal (GIRM) nos. 1-26, Preamble and Chapter I– “The Importance and Dignity of the Eucharistic Celebration”

• Norms nos. 1-21, Part I – “Holy Communion: The Body and Blood of the Lord Jesus”

• “The Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the Sacrament of the Eucharist: Basic Questions and Answers”

After Initial Certification Training, EOMHC should read:
