LOST Retreat
Wow, another retreat weekend has come and gone! Watching our teens grow in confidence on the ropes course and then to grow spiritually in prayer is truly an amazing witness to the power and love of our God. It really is a privilege to be the youth minister, to see how God works in the lives of our youth. This retreat was about being Lost. How many of us go on in life not really taking the time to acknowledge the presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives. We go on and only cry out to God when we are in need. This retreat was designed to cry out to the Lord before we are in need, it was about having a personal relationship with Christ. Learning to recognize Him in good times and in bad. It was an invitation to live your life for Christ! Parents, you can be so proud of your teen. They truly love the Lord and their Catholic faith. Thank you for being the primary educators of our teens.
