Moses And The Torah
Come join us as we study the lives of Moses and the Hebrew people in Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy. We will explore their lives as it parallels the life of Jesus and how our Christian faith is embedded. “When Jesus talks about the fire, He means in the first place His own Passion, which was a Passion of love and therefore a fire: the new burning bush….He brings the great living fire of divine love which is what the Holy Spirit is, a fire that burns.” Pope Benedict XVI (Cardinal Ratzinger, God and the World”.

WCBS is open to all women regardless of your Bible knowledge. Women's Catholic Bible Study invites all women to join us!

MISSION STATEMENT
To develop in women a living faith available through active participation and commitment to biblical study based on the teachings of the Catholic faith; thereby, drawing them into a closer, ongoing relationship with Christ and His Church, and helping them experience and live out their faith in their daily lives.

WCBS is held Wednesday mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon from September through April. Home preparation includes daily study questions. On Wednesday mornings we will cover the material in small group discussions and with a teaching lecture. There is no registration fee. We depend entirely on donations from our members.
